What's included?
Our Freyja Boning knife is designed around comfort. The blade is made from high carbon Swedish stainless steel, hardened in the workshop to 62 Rockwell for a longer edge retention.
(Our range of mosaic pins changes on a regular basis, this means the mosaic pins used on a knife you have ordered may not be the same as a knife seen on our website.)
