Our custom Freyja Chef knife is the perfect all rounder and extremely versatile. It hosts a drop nose 8.5 inch blade length alongside a stabilised wooden handle.
The blade is made from high carbon Swedish stainless steel, hardened in the workshop to 62 Rockwell for a longer edge retention.
